Clementines are my favorite fruits. The have everything for themselves : they are sour, sweet, delicious, they have a pretty name and they are easy to peel (did I tell you I wa lazy ?).
So let's use this beautiful fruit to make little bites of chocolate and "fleur de sel" clementines to eat with coffe, tea or to make a gift.
