Clementines are my favorite fruits. The have everything for themselves : they are sour, sweet, delicious, they have a pretty name and they are easy to peel (did I tell you I wa lazy ?).
So let's use this beautiful fruit to make little bites of chocolate and "fleur de sel" clementines to eat with coffe, tea or to make a gift.
When I started eating japanese food (a looong time ago), the avocado salmon tartare was a real discovery. The mix of flavour is really tasty. It good and simple, so I wanted to make it at home.
Bundtcakes are these very soft cakes that you see all over foodblogs, because their shape is so pretty. This cake was a revelation for me : lemon cakes are awesome and tasty ! So let's make a lemon bundt cake :)
While browsing foodblogs, I realised that making bread can actually be easy ! So I bought dehydrated yeast, that you can easily buy in supermarket (though I'm in France, I hope you find them too). And I decided to make chicken stuffed buns, because it sounded delicious :)
Cupcakes ! Chocolate cupcakes, even :) They were the first pastries I really photographed and they are so delicious that I made them for every event. It was only logical that it would be my first recipe on the blog.
With these chocolate cupcakes, I became THE baker of the family. They were my specialty for a long time.
They are sweet, soft and light, even with buttercream on top of them.
