Avocado salmon tartare

Avocado and salmon tartare

When I started eating japanese food (a looong time ago), the avocado salmon tartare was a real discovery. The mix of flavour is really tasty. It good and simple, so I wanted to make it at home.

Japanese food is always very refined and precise. My recipe of the salmon avocado tartare is an easy version, not so refined but still tasty 🙂 Hope you’ll enjoy it.
